EnerNex is working as a subcontractor to Booz Allen Hamilton on this engagement to support SEC in preparing for and developing Requests for Proposal, and performing technical due diligence on qualified bidders, for a planned AMI investment.
EnerNex provided primarily technical assistance on the project, including:
- Support for a current state assessment
- Business case assessment
- System requirements for smart metering, head end systems, gateways, and meter data management systems
- Communications architecture
- RFP content and evaluation procedures, and
- Required training programs
